For this special batch, we aged our Brazil Cerrado beans with one of our favorite bourbons, allowing the coffee to absorb the rich, aromatic character of the barrel-aged spirit.
The result is an exceptionally smooth, 100% Arabica medium-bodied coffee with layered notes of cacao, subtle bourbon sweetness, and a comfortably full finish that lingers beautifully. The natural cacao tones of the Brazil Cerrado pair perfectly with the warm, sweet character of the bourbon, creating a cup that feels rich, balanced, and just a little indulgent.

The first time I tried this spectacular coffee is when my grandmother’s sister sent it from Macon, Georgia all the way to St. Louis by mail six years ago. Little did I know I would be graced by coffee greatness. I remembered the brand and found myself now in 2026 wanting a great-tasting coffee to compliment this new Ninja 3 -in-1 espresso machine my roommate and I recently bought. This coffee does not disappoint. This is one of my favorite coffees on the market because of big flavor and complexity. That first sip tricks your mind into thinking you are drinking a lighter coffee, and then you taste that boldness and flavor as you are gulping it down. I wish it wasn’t so far from Colorado!
We have always found Queen Bee to have perfectly roasted, great tasting coffee.
