Bright Canopy (Ethiopia)

Bright Canopy is a vibrant Ethiopian natural-process coffee with layers of tangerine, pomegranate, and blackberry. Roasted light to light-medium, it preserves the coffee’s lively acidity while developing a rich fruit sweetness and smooth, balanced body.

Grown at 1,800 meters near Shakiso in Ethiopia’s heavily forested Guji region, this coffee reflects the remarkable landscape where it was cultivated. The ripe coffee cherries are naturally processed and slowly dried on raised beds, intensifying the fruit character and creating a cup that is bright, juicy, and wonderfully expressive.
