Yirgacheffe (Ethiopia) Coffee

The Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia is arguably the birthplace of Arabica coffee! We love this delicate Yirgacheffe coffee all time of the day! Every coffee has a sweet spot of where you can enjoy the coffee for it's naturally developed flavors. We found the spot for this one to be right after first crack and being in the light roast category. Does that mean it's light on flavor? No way! This coffee is delicately sweet and smooth with notes of bergamot tea and chocolate. It's great as a pour over, drip or in your home espresso machine.
