Sir Vesa (Colombia) Coffee

Sir Vesa is a Colombian arabica coffee that was grown by a farmer literally a “What’s App” message away from us. The coffee was picked and immediately placed in a tank with stout beer yeast where a cultured formation was allowed to happen for a couple of days. During this time period, the coffee beans absorbed the flavor notes of the beer yeast. In the cup? You’ll taste some dark chocolate and subtle notes of stout beer in the finish. It’s a limited run once in a lifetime coffee!
