Coming from a farm located in a small valley with a river running through the middle, this coffee is special. We have walked the farm and shaken the hands of the men who work this farm. Baya Rosa is a single origin, single varietal coffee that comes only from Pink Borbon coffee trees - it’s an honor to have this coffee for you! We roast this one just past medium to create a medium bodied coffee with notes of red berries and chocolate.
